Online giving available

Giving · October 22, 2026

OLVC now has online giving capabilities via our ParishSoft registry, to which it is integrated for a record for your tax filing purposes. Giving online will greatly reduce extra cost and time for counting collections and entering data. So please, consider using it as your preferred method.

If you have been supporting the Latin Mass community via the previous portals of St. John's and Holy Trinity for that purpose, those will discontinue now, and all donations intended for Our Lady of Victory should be done through our portal via options listed below. Envelopes are in process for those who request them, and general ones will soon be available at mass sites, but again it will greatly simplify everything to do so electronically for those who can.

Below is copied the information on the Donate page on ourwebsite

We highly encourage all faithful of OLVC to use the online giving option for the following reasons:

  • It will save OLVC time and money in employing staff to count collections and enter them into our registry for your tax purposes, as the online giving is integrated into our ParishSoft Registry.

  • The 1-3% service fee, which a donor can offer to pay, will be less expensive than hiring help to that end.

  • If one intends a larger donation, then a check would be advisable to maximize the donation.

  • It also helps encourage consistency with tithing, as though the Church does not require any fixed percentage, it is a precept to support our Church materially so that it, in turn, can support us all spiritually.

For any other donating purposes like Qualified Charitable Contributions the legal title of OLVC is:
Chaplaincy of Our Lady of Victory, Inc.
EIN 42-5092677
mailing address to the above name
120 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630

OLVC is a distinct civil and canonical entity with its own bank account for tax free donations 501(c)(3), like any other parish.
It assumes the costs of providing for the Latin Mass communities in the Front Royal and Nokesville area at their respective sites (including the cost for rent, priests, housing, staff, etc.), as well as savings for its future building projects.
The entire collection in each area is taken up for OLVC. Please make checks out accordingly to OLVC.

If any intend to donate directly to St. John the Baptist or Holy Trinity, please try to do that directly with them by mail or by online giving as that would cause less confusion in the collection of distinct envelopes coming in on Sunday.
